She later switched from the gym to the pool and swam with the Barrie Trojans and later for the University of Waterloo Warriors. With her extensive athletic background, Krista knows the importance of focus and dedication in both preparation and performance. She believes that both strength of the body and mind is the key to being successful and places special importance on proper biomechanics and core stability.
